When LEVI gets on the mic, she doesn’t just perform; she mashes up frequencies. From ages 3 to 18, she studied the Suzuki violin method at Ithaca Talent Education, a 15-year background that still drives her writing style today. Her vocal versatility was elevated by the Speech Level Singing technique under world-renowned coach Badiene Magaziner, Driving her evolution as a hybrid artist- seamlessly weaving rapping and singing into one unified, unmistakable signature.
Her trajectory took her through the underground circuits of Chicago and NYC, where she earned a New York City Underground Music Award for Most Original Solo Female Artist. A prolific veteran who writes all her own lyrics and melodies, she sang a theme song for DJ Thoro (50 Cent, Wu-Tang Clan) and has had four collaboration tracks featured in NBA arenas. She has commanded major international stages—including an MTV Tour date at the Toledo Sports Arena with members of the M.O.P. 1st Family, as well as opening for Grandmaster Caz and Melle Mel at the Third Eye Open festival.
Her current project, "Epic Collaboration Remix," features Grandmaster Caz, and was produced by DOMINGO. Back in the 607, LEVI bridges the gap between eras with an authentic new hybrid HIP HOP sound.
